Trevor Antill's four Memorial bench's at Boscobel, South Cadbury, Charmouth and Shoreham

All have the inscription below:

              In Memory of Trevor John Antill ACIB

1937 – 2010

Trevor was the Creator and Founder of The Monarch’s Way Long Distance Footpath which follows the escape route taken by King Charles II after his defeat at the battle of Worcester.

The 625 mile footpath starts in Worcester and continues to Stratford-upon –Avon, Charmouth and then to Shoreham. Donations from The Monarch’s Way Association, family and friends paid for this memorial bench

The 1st is at Boscobel,near the iconic Oak Tree that King Charles hid in to avoid capture by Cromwell's men

 

The 2nd on sea cliff area near the Car Park on the right hand side at the seafront at Charmouth at SY 36385 93070 in Dorset

 

The 3rd at Corton Ridge on the route from South Cadbury in Somerset

 

The 4th at Carats Cafe Bar Shoreham on the seafront, just 400 yards from the end of the Monarch's Way near the breakwater

The amazing Lee on Trevors Memorial Bench at Shoreham after completing his 16 days and 9 hours run on the 625 mile Monarch's Way. During which time he covered over 675 miles while getting food and refreshments along the way
